Nia News at the Woodward Avenue Studio

Wow! Team teaching with Jennifer yesterday was a blast! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did and got a great work out too!

Jennifer will now be teaching on Thursday's @ 5:30 pm

Patricia Scott will be subbing for Jennifer this Thursday 8/9 @ 5:30pm and for me on Saturday 8/11 @ 9:30am.
