Winalee Zeeb is a first degree black belt teacher and trainer from Lansing. She is mentor and inspiration for hundreds of Nia students and teachers thoughout the world! She will dance her way into your heart and lift your Spirit. Having her teach a class in the metro-Detroit area is a special event not to be missed!

After class, she will hold an informal informational session on becoming a Nia instructor. Everybody welcome.

Chris Briney has a lifelong passion for music. He first began playing music as a young child. He studied West African Drumming under master drummer Nana Boachie-Yiadom from Ghana, West Africa in his sophomore and junior years in college. Prior to becoming a Yoga Instructor and the Director of Living Tradition Yoga, he taught percussion. He has performed with numerous percussion ensembles and West African Dance Troupes.
