Chris Briney has a lifelong passion for music. He first began playing music as a young child. He studied West African Drumming under master drummer Nana Boachie-Yiadom from Ghana, West Africa in his sophomore and junior years in college. Prior to becoming a Yoga Instructor and the Director of Living Tradition Yoga, he taught percussion. He has performed with numerous percussion ensembles and West African Dance Troupes. His most notable engagement was as percussionist for the popular Kirtan artist, WAH.
