A few changes for the week of December 16, 2007

All three Nia classes at the DTS will be taught by Melayna Morio. All prices and packages apply as usual.

12/18 Tuesday 5:45-6:45 pm
12/20 Thursday 5:45-6:45 pm
12/22 Saturday 9:30 -10:30 am

Melayna Morio is Certified in Beth Rigby's Yoga Meets DanceT and is also a nationally certified massage therapist. Melayna teaches Yoga Meets DanceT to share her love of movement and music with others. We experience the sensual joy of movement, a healing connection with others, and peel away layers of stress. One can go at their own pace, following their own timing and rhythm. This journey is so very simple, anyone can do it. It's for non-dancers, lovers of yoga, and those with two left feet. It's for anyone.

The Nia "Unplugged" DVD raffle is postponed until January 2008.

To celebrate the season, we are excited to announce our weekly

To show our appreciation to all our loyal students (that means you!), we want to offer one FREE class to be taken any day this week. After all, we woudn't be here without YOU. It is always a pleasure to dance with you!

Bring a friend, get a free class week

Help us spread the joy of Nia! This week, bring a friend (or relative...colleague...stranger off the street...) to class, and BOTH of you will enjoy a FREE class that day.

NIA DVD raffle week
