Wow Wow Wow to all the "Nia Jammers" who attended Friday night's "Jam" at Yoga Shelter--You are fabulous and we are thrilled!!!!!

Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated community the NIA way. We had a full house, made lot's of noise and shared an abundance of JOY.

Thank you to Patricia, Jennifer, Pam and Anita--all certified Nia instructors from different cities who came and lead the Jam.

For all of you that did not join us, relax, because we are going to do it again and again and again--it was too much fun to only do it once!
