Class Schedule changes

Hi everyone,

Schedule change:
Starting Monday, October 29 -
Monday and Wednesday 9:30am-10:30am CANCELLED.

Also, on Sunday, October 21, I was informed that Snap Fitness is shutting down the Woodward Avenue Studio for all Nia classes. They will be utilizing the studio space for additional fitness equipment.

We were very surprised and disappointed about the news but rest assured, our classes will continue as usual in our wonderful space until we move or our 30 days are up. Your packages can be transferred to our new space or you can request a refund -- your choice, no worries!

We are currently looking for a new space to hold our Nia classes. If you know of somewhere wonderful to hold Nia classes, please let either Jennifer or myself know so we can check it out.

Current Schedule:
Tuesday 5:45-6:45pm - Beth
Thursday 5:45 -6:45pm - Jennifer
Saturday 9:30 - 10:30am - Beth

I am very dedicated to teaching and sharing the joy and benefits of Nia --"Through movement we find health".

Thank you for your support, I hope you come to class and move move move!

Love and light,

Beth

Nia News You Can Use.

Nia News you can use.

This Saturday, October 13 @ 9:30 -10:30am, Patricia Scott will be joining me in teaching class! Patricia is a certified Nia Black Belt Instructor and has recently moved to this area. If you've been to a "Nia Jam" and experienced multiple teachers, you know it can be a great learning experience and much fun having more then one teacher!

Please feel free to bring your own mat or knee pads to any Nia class to be used during cool down / floor play. While it is not necessary to use knee pads or a mat, your personal comfort is always important.

If you haven't joined us yet... why not get started on your path to a heightened experience of well-being and fitness?

Thank you and I hope to see you class...

Beth
