To celebrate the season, we are excited to announce our weekly

To show our appreciation to all our loyal students (that means you!), we want to offer one FREE class to be taken any day this week. After all, we woudn't be here without YOU. It is always a pleasure to dance with you!

Week #2: December 11, 13, 15
Bring a friend, get a free class week

Help us spread the joy of Nia! This week, bring a friend (or relative...colleague...stranger off the street...) to class, and BOTH of you will enjoy a FREE class that day.

Week #3: December 18, 20, 22
NIA DVD raffle week

Each time you come to class this week, earn a chance to win your very own copy of the new Nia DVD "Unplugged," an earthy, invigorating dance led by Nia founders Carlos Rosas and Debbie Rosas featuring live drumming!
