Exciting Changes

1. Snap Fitness Studio in Ferndale is now called the: Woodward Avenue Studio

2. Effective Thursday, July 30, Jennifer Desiderio will be teaching my Thursday 5:30pm Nia class.

3. Effective immediately - All Body Connection Nia packages will be honored at the Woodward Avenue Studio


Come to class and move your body in our new space.
Mirrors have been installed, the door is open for fresh air and there is plenty of room to practice "The Joy of Movement" and "Nia conditioning".
